About This Work
Do questions about meaning, direction or values keep returning?
Is there a sense that something is calling — something not yet fully explored or lived?
Many people arrive here at a moment of quiet questioning — when life is functioning, but something deeper is calling. A sense that there is more to explore, more to understand, more to live.
This work offers a space to sit with those questions — about meaning, purpose, values and direction — and to follow them somewhere real.
Workshops & Courses
Workshops, evening sessions and short courses exploring meaning and purpose through reflective inquiry and creative process.
Each session brings together reflective dialogue and at times, writing or creative exploration, giving attention to thoughts, feelings and patterns as they come into awareness and become more clearly visible. Each course includes a booklet of reflections to take away — a space for your own thinking.
This is a responsive process rather than a fixed method, shaped by what emerges in the room and by what participants bring to it. The work follows curiosity, steadiness and what becomes clearer through reflection.

I offer workshops and courses that create a reflective, integrative space to explore what matters — meaning, purpose and direction — through dialogue, creative process and reflection, within a shared group setting.
Rather than following a single approach, the work responds to what is emerging, allowing space to explore different ways of understanding and engaging with your experience.
Welcome to Integrative Practice — a space to pause, reflect and explore what matters, what you value and what you are here to do.
